∙ Initial complimentary consultation

∙ Two in-person or video meetings with couple to review vendor contracts, produce timeline and to finalize wedding day details

∙ Unlimited communication via phone and e-mail

∙ Collect copies of all vendor contracts

∙ Confirm with vendors and verify final wedding details

∙ Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal up to 1.5 hours

∙ Collect wedding items at rehearsal (i.e. programs, guest book, favors, unity candles, etc.)

∙ Create and distribute wedding day itinerary to bridal party and vendors

∙ Venue walk through

∙ Serve as liaison between couple and vendors

∙ Wedding Day Coordinator to manage full wedding day activities for up to 10 hours

∙ Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception venues

∙ Assist with distribution and pinning of corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, petals, etc.

∙ Direct and orchestrate wedding ceremony

∙ Ensure music is cued and played at correct timing during ceremony and reception

∙ Ensure proper placement of seating cards, programs, favors and other wedding accessories

∙ Ensure vendors provide services requested

∙ Greet and direct guests at ceremony and reception venues as needed

∙ Ensure master/mistress of ceremonies has correct pronunciation of the bridal party

∙ Use of wedding day emergency kit

∙ Coordinate transport of wedding gifts and items to designated vehicle, person, or room

∙ Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors
